Renovations and upgrades to the three buildings on the Elizabeth Church Campus site. The Elizabeth Church Manor is receiving new boilers and a condensing rooftop unit as well as new over-bed lighting in all resident units and an upgraded wireless LAN & emergency call system. There will also be new elevators installed in place of the existing and some other miscellaneous work. The St. Louise Manor is receiving new boilers as well as new bathroom exhaust fan/lights in all resident units and an upgraded wireless LAN & emergency call system. There will also be new elevators installed in place of the existing and some other miscellaneous work. The Manor House Apartments are receiving an upgraded wireless LAN system and a new elevator will be installed in place of the existing one in the building.
